Golf for the Greater Good.

More than a mission.

Quixote Club exists to provide a world-class golf experience while creating meaningful impact beyond the game. Through our partnership with the Quixote Foundation and our ongoing support of Liberty STEAM Charter School, our members help expand access to exceptional tuition-free education for local students. From membership contributions to club events and charitable initiatives throughout the year, the Quixote community is investing in brighter futures, stronger families, and a thriving Sumter for generations to come.

The Impact

Founded by Greg and Lewis Thompson, Quixote Club was created with a vision to give back to the community by supporting children and their families through access to exceptional education. Their goal is to help transform Sumter and the surrounding region by providing best-in-class public education in the rural South. With that vision in mind, Quixote Club was designed to connect, inspire, and change lives through golf while serving a purpose far greater than the game itself.

Our membership supports a mission that extends far beyond the golf course. Through the partnership between Quixote Club, the Quixote Foundation, and Liberty STEAM Charter School, we are expanding access to high-quality education, creating opportunities for students from all backgrounds, and preparing future leaders through rigorous academics and character development. Together, we are strengthening families, enriching the Sumter community, and investing in a brighter future for generations to come.
